Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Egg Whites
120grm Fat Free Whipped Cream Cheese
40grm New Zealand Whey
40grm Aeryon Wellness Organic Psyllium Husks
1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinager
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Remove spinner from the Air Fryer pan.
Coat inside of flyer with coconut oil or non stick spray
Set Timer for 20 min.
** Depending on the size of the fryer, the recipe might need to be doubled.
Check if the pan needs to be rotated as not to burn one side.
If you do not have an Air Fryer, you can use a bread or muffin pan instead. Either way this is a delicious addition to any meal or on its own!
