June 2022 Movement

Movement can sometimes be overwhelming, when it doesn’t have to be! Being able to move our bodies is a gift, and we all deserve to honor that! With the warmer weather on its way, here is a movement challenge you can do outside!

Perform these exercises 1-3x/week and see how strong you get!

  • Week 1 – 25 Squats, 25 Push Ups, 25 Sit Ups and 15 Burpees
  • Week 2 – 50 Squats, 50 Push Ups, 50 Sit Ups and 25 Burpees
  • Week 3 – 75 Squats, 75 Push Ups, 75 Sit Ups and 35 Burpees
  • Week 4 – 100 Squats, 100 Push Ups, 100 Sit Ups and 45 Burpees
